About Kimberly

Kim is a true SW Florida native. She began working full-time at a small law firm in order to put herself through college. It was there that Kim developed her research skills and foundation of contract law. Kim received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting in 2000. After graduation, she went into public accounting at a CPA firm where she helped many small businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. Later, she ventured into private accounting and began her career as what would end up being, the accounting manager at a local flooring company. It was there where Kim honed her skills in building teams, streamlining business procedures and ultimately, ignited her passion for building and construction while being an integral part of the commercial projects. In the Fall of 2019, Kim decided it was time to retire from accounting and join her husband, Matt, in Real Estate. They pride themselves on their attention to detail and focus exclusively on their clients’ goals and best interests. Real Estate is a “relationship business”, not a “transaction business”, and many of their clients often turn into good friends. They sell in all areas of Southwest Florida, while specializing in New Construction, Luxury Lifestyle/Golf communities and Resort Style communities.
