I can truly say I was scare and felt I was not ready to buy a home for me or my family it was a dream that I thought would take way longer then it did until I met Miss Kimberly. I just had a few questions on renting a home that she was selling when she advice me that I could buy not rent. I told her I didn't think I could with the down payment and being young and a baby in the way. But sure was I wrong not only did she help me buy a home for my family but she made it so easy and fast. I had a turn around of 30days I let her know what I wanted in a home and where and she helped us find it so fast. I'm in love with my home and it's ready for my baby on the way and it's less then what I was paying & bigger for my growing family. She was so easy to reach always calls you back answers all your question no matter how many times you asked her. I'm just truly blessed she was there or I would still be renting and be in a smaller place. If your a first time buyer she is the best person to help you. She will be there step by step she was for me and I'm so happy she was the person I picked to help me.

Where do I start? My husband and I are/were 1st time homeowners. We started looking for houses in the fall of 2015 and we used Kimberly Bean as our Realtor. We settled on our new home January 2016 and we are still pleased with our purchase. If and when we decide to sell/buy another home, she will be the 1st person that I call because I know the process will be painless.
