I have been trying to buy a house for the las 3 years and I had given up but then my granddaughter told me about her friends mother being a realtor so decided to give it a try for the last time,I have terrible experiences with prior realtors but at this point I had nothing to loose,went into it very negative expecting the worse but this lady is amazing she’s the sweetest and most understanding Humana being in the real estate businesses ,she went out of her way trying to please me and showing me how much Ivteally mend t to her ,even with the sorry attitude I had at times she always kept her composure assuring me everything was going to be ok,I can’t saycenough about her availability,responsibility and caring she demonstrated throughout the whole ordeal,she treated me like family,I know consider her a friend would not buy or sell a house unless it was thru her,she’s my angel realtor,I would recommend her to everybody that’s thinking of buying or selling a property,she’s truly an inspiration to the buying and selling market,God bless Ms Basquez!👌🏻💋

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't think I could have had a better agent to help find my home. She went above and far beyond to do everything she could to make this experience a wonderful and as painless as possible, she succeeded in her efforts totally.

Highly recommend working with Kim basquez Great experience in helping me to find and buy my second home. She was very knowledgeable, a great negotiator and incredibly responsive.

We have bought and sold at least a half dozen houses during our lifetime and had as many real estate agents. But, none like Kim! We would never buy/sell another house with anyone but Kim. We just wish we had met her sooner. She helped us through a very emotional home sale. We had never expected to sell for the price we did. However Kim stood firm on what we should offer the house for and she sold it at that price within a day! As the home buyer was getting a loan with special circumstances it was little more involved. But Kim helped us through the process, step by step. She was always there to answer a question or just "calm me down." Not only is Kim knowledgeable and a real "go getter" but a VERY kind and compassionate person! She really cares about you as a person, not just a client. And, since closing she has kept touch with us. My husband and I feel like we have made a friend in Kim Basquez!!
