Hands down the Best Realtor i have ever worked with. Communication is just perfect, not too much, and not too little. I was amazed at how quick and easy I bought my house through Kim. Would definitely use her services and recommend her over and over again.

From the first interaction she was tentative to listen to my situation and needs. The amount of interest she had in helping me find the best house for me was enormous. She was so helpful in advising me in the processes and requirements from picking the right house to the closing on the house. She was genuine and quick in responding to any questions. She made the whole process less stressful than it needed to be.
Kimberly made my experience really simple. We looked close to ten diff homes and she was very patience. She never tried to force a house on me which made my purchase very easy going compared to other agents I have recently felt with. I would defiantly recommended her to anyone in the Hampton roads area.
Very knowledgeable, you can ask her just about anything in regards to buying/selling process and she'll likely have an answer or will find out for you within that day. She always seems to make time to address your needs, whether it's looking at houses, or other concerns regarding the process. Great communication, keeps you in the loop when there's been changes or if there's issues, etc. If she thinks you're getting the bad end of the stick, she'll offer you suggestions to help get the most out of the transaction that you can.
