Kim was able to find a market for a piece of property that I inherited which was in less than ideal condition. No sooner than the property was listed, I had several offers and a contract signed. She's very professional, most helpful with suggestions and kept me informed of the status of things all throughout the process. She made what I thought would be a challenging situation into a seamless sale which was greatly appreciated!
