About Kimberly

Real estate is local, and for me, it’s personal. I’ve been a REALTOR® for more than 20 years, helping buyers and sellers throughout Perkasie, the Pennridge area, and Central and Upper Bucks County make smart real estate decisions. My approach is straightforward: good advice, thoughtful strategy, and personal service from our first conversation through closing. You work with me, you talk to me, and I’m involved in the decisions that matter. For sellers, that philosophy became The Art of Selling Well, my approach to preparing, pricing, presenting, marketing, and negotiating a home. When listed at my recommended price, my sellers average 17 days on market with a 98% sale-to-list price ratio. For buyers, Buying Well means looking beyond the listing photos and making smart decisions about value, condition, and the offer. My buyers average a 96% purchase-to-list price ratio, while their homes have appraised at an average of more than 101% of their purchase price. I work with all types of homes and have a particular appreciation for Bucks County farmhouses, historic and character homes, and homes with acreage. I also bring personal experience investing in local real estate and a B.S. in Finance from Delaware Valley University. My listings have been featured on House Hunters, I’m a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and much of my business has been built through relationships, referrals, and clients who return when it’s time for their next move.
