This was our first home purchase after looking for 2yrs. Kim came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. Kim was the 2nd agent we worked with after our first agent show little interest because we did not have a large budget. Kim was attentive, she had great knowledge and was honest every step of the way. She gave us tips on what to look for in homes as first time buyers to avoid exhausting our budget. She gave us contacts for people who could answer any questions she couldn't and the experience overall was amazing. All I can say is that Kimberly turned my dreams of owning my 1st home into reality. Her knowledge and experience was beyond my expectations. I had no idea what I was walking into, when they said it was a sellers market. I appreciate that she took her time to educate and prepare me. Her energy and dedication was unmatched. Kim sold two properties for us, one being very long due to legal matters, but she was the best at keeping me informed along the way and was always available if I had any questions. Highly recommend her.

I then wanted to find a house on the lake in a specific community, and every time a house became available Kim would notify me, in fact once she even found a house before it was even listed. Once more she helped Me make good decisions, and in the end I was very happy with the house that I chose. Whenever I called or texted her she responded promptly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Kim as a real estate agent.
