She guided us on what the listing price should be, she provide information on house presentation, she prepared in advance for the appraisal process, and her communication was more than expected. Every detail was expertly handled and when it was time to play some hardball in negotiating with sellers and their realtors Kim was a superstar. I got the home I wanted in every way. Specs, location and price and a home warranty paid for by the sellers. This was my 5th home purchase over the past 35 years and it was bar none the absolutely best experience. I not only meet a great realtor I made a great friend. It is one thing to find a realtor, it is another to find a Great Realtor. Kim makes Home Buying and selling a family affair! She has her Buyers and Sellers best interests at Heart!! She works very hard to make things come together and in a timely manner! We never had to wonder what was going on because she stayed up to the minute on all counts! Which helped to keep the stress levels to a minumum. Very much appreciate Kim! She is highly reccommended!!
