Kim Holstead was great to work with.
Kim helped us find an amazing house in the neighborhood that met all of our wants. The search took about five months because we were very specific in what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Also, the market did not have a lot of options when we were looking. During this time Kim was highly professional, extremely responsive and willing to drop what she was doing to show us a house without much notice. Even though the process was long and at times frustrating, Kim helped us to determine property value, organize quotes, negotiate price, find good insurance, work with our lender, etc. We were very pleased with Kim's service and would use her again in the future.
