Wow! My wife and I cannot thank Kim and her team enough. We are 1st time homeowners and we could not be more pleased with the service that Kim provided us. She truly had our personal interest and it showed. She looked at us as her own children and provided us with honest feedback. She was very transparent with her thoughts and it meant a lot. Kim put our house on the market on a Friday, the open house was Saturday and we received at least a dozen bids in excess of the asking price. This was due to Kim providing a stager to advise how to show the house and getting a professional photographer to take the house pictures that I believe generated all the buzz at the open house. We accepted an offer a week or so after the open house for $40K over the asking price. Amazing!!!<br/><br/>Kim is a tireless worker and always available.
