I had the best experience with Kim as my realtor. We have known each other a long time. From beginning to end everything fell into place. She helped clean out the garage and was so hands on. I have never had a realtor like Kim before. She is one-of-a-kind. My house sold so fast and it looked so beautiful. She held my hand the whole time. I always felt very supported. Kim has the kindest heart and she always had an answer to any question. I am more than happy with the whole experience and I love my new home. You are in very capable hands with Kim.

We didn’t think it was possible to buy a second home without selling our current one but Kim made it happen. We discussed our long term goals and she ran different scenarios so we could see how to build our real estate portfolio and make our dreams happen. Even though it was a big decision and in a tough market, Kim made the process easy, fun, and seamless.

Kim Zander is knowledgeable, reliable, and a trustworthy realtor. We had the pleasure of working with Kim for over two years searching for our first home. Kim was always prepared and making sure we were well educated with each property by providing us with he current MLS handout. This was very helpful when we were seeing multiple houses in a single day! While looking for the right home, Kim made sure to provide specific feedback as to why a property may or may not work for us. She still encouraged us to tour to solidify our decisions into each home. We never felt pressured and Kim really made sure our first home had checked 100% of our boxes. Kim’s communication between other agents and with us was quick and consistent. She made sure to follow through on her tasks as a realtor and she really delivered for us! The first time home process was gruesome and much more overwhelming that we had anticipated; however, Kim provided us with ample opportunities to ask questions and even walk us though all the documentation when placing an offer, signing a counter offer, and all other paperwork when an offer is accepted. She made sure we knew had a clear understanding of each page that we had signed. Not only is Kim Zander an outstanding realtor, it was extremely helpful as she had preferred vendors/contactors that she has great working relationships to assist us during the repairs stage of our home buying. Kim still provides us with referrals that have always delivered. We always felt like we were taken cared of like her own and that is special to commiserate as she treats her clients like family! Going into the home purchase, you spend a lot of time with your realtor. Kim is empathic, hardworking, and was a lot of fun to work with during this stressful process!!! Kim Zander is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy a home. She kept in touch with me the whole time when we were selling our house and she would do everything possible to try and help my find a place. She offered to help me in ways I didn't even know that I should try or offer to do. She is highly knowledgeable in what she does and I cant imagine working with anyone besides her if I need help again searching for a place or selling. She makes you feel so comfortable and I felt like I can voice any concerns I had to her and she would help me in any way she could! She is seriously the best and you will not be disapointed!!! :)
