Kim has helped me with two different sales and she has always done what she says she will and keeps you informed on each and every step of the process! You don't have to call her and ask questions, if your house isn't showing as much as you think, she will still stay in touch with you and discuss options. I have called on Kim three or more times since moving here because of her real estate expertise, and also personal qualities such as respect, diligence, care, and above all her optimistic attitude. She knows the area, and she knows her business. As my agent Kim actually prevented a disaster on this home that I purchased last January. I gave up, she didn't. I am so thankful, and I love my new place. I would recommend anyone to her who is worthy of her hard work.

We were wanting to find a home in Eureka Springs, AR overlooking the lake. So I was hunting around to find flyers that had homes for sale around Beaver Lake. I drove up to office where Kim works out of and she was headed out when I came up to the porch. We greeted each other, I told her what we were doing and looking for. She gave me a card, said to call and she would hook me up in her portal. When we were ready to look at homes I called on her and she setup the appointments. This happened many times and she didn't hesitate once to help us out with showing homes or answering questions. This went on for almost a year and then my husband decided, now I want one. We looked at more, but he just didn't like something about them. So I showed him 3440 Mundell again, he said make an offer, so Kim assisted with this. It was a little struggle at first but then everything fell in place. We couldn't have found our home if it wasn't for Kim sticking with us and assuring us we will find a home with an overview of the Lake. Kim and I have become friends through this and I hope the friendship will continue forward! Thank you Kim for all you did for us and getting us to the home that will become our retirement home. Now next task to move from our home state to Arkansas!
