I interviewed several RE candidates to list my house in Acworth Georgia. Kim Wheeler came out on top as the candidate I wanted to work with. Why? Because she has everything. She performed comps on my house and listed my house at a price that I felt was right. She had professional photographer do a videography of the home. She conducted an open house (complete with facemasks and slipper booties so the floors would be protected), and she followed up with every interested candidate.
