Many real estate agents seem afraid to their clients that their home is worth less than than believe to be true, but Kim was not afraid to tell us what we needed to hear—and then backed up her valuation and recommended asking price with data regarding sales of similar properties in our development. Her candor helped us set a realistic price and, as a result, we were able to sell our home much quicker than we expected. We highly recommend her.
