Never again!
It all started with a gift of box of chocolates from Kim to convince me to sell my unit. She never did a market analysis, and suggested a very low price! She knew I was interested in a 1031 exchange and that I wouldn’t want to sell until I find a replacement property. She did nothing to help me out other than presenting an offer claiming it was a very good offer. She rushed me to sign it, and never suggested to counter it. She is only interested in her commissions (over $20000 for 2 open houses).
