She provides professional service, is very organized, courteous & knowledgeable. Having worked doing closings for an attorney in the past, I have come across several realtors who don’t pull their weight...Kim is the complete opposite. She stays on top of dates and keeps everyone’s ducks in a row! She also goes out of her way! We wanted to get a good deal on new appliances while they were on sale before our closing so she went to the house to take measurements for us, now that’s service!

Kim responded to our needs as quickly as possible. Request that were made to her were immediately responded to and answered in an appropriate manner which satisfied all parties. She assessed the the property accurately and fairly to both parties and worked with both sides to negotiate reasonable solutions and compromises. In the end both sides were completely satisfied. As the seller, I did not have to do anything but sign on the bottom line because Kim did everything. The property was sold within a little over a month. I would recommend Kim to anyone and plan to use her services when it comes time to sell my own home.
