Kim is amazing! Several years ago there was a possibility we would be selling our home, Kim came in and gave us advice but we didn't sell at that point. Last year we again thought we might be moving and Kim came back. Because we had done many of the items she suggested, our house was very close to ready to sell! Again we didn't sell then but a couple months later it finally was happening. Kim is a kind, patient and knowledgeable professional who wants the best for her clients! She is thoughtful in her approach and quick to answer our many questions. Questions such as paint color, items to have for pictures versus showing, what needed to be (or not be) done in the yard, when to wait for a good listing date, next steps after an offer was made, reccomendations for a lawyer. Kim kept us up to date and informed about each step.As long as we live in CT Kim will be our choice for realtor!

I hired Kim as a reference. Kim was Absolutely a God send to me!! My father passed in Connecticut, and I reside in Florida. My dad's home sold within days on the market although the property didn't close for many later due to issues with the property {No fault of anyone involved}. Kim went FAR above and beyond her responsibleness. Kim helped me with no hesitation whenever I needed her assistance with anything because I was so far away, whether it was checking on the property, checking on the work being conducted, checking on the house. She even changed the locks in the home for me because I was unable too. Calls every day, e-mails, texts. Not only did we finally close after a complete nightmare with the property.
