"Not aftaid of a Godlike competitor but be afraid of having a piglike teammate." Therefore, we decide to have Kim as our agent. The result proves that we made the right decision. Kim knows good timing to put out an offer and the price is lower than what we were trying to offer. We had written an offer but Kim strongly RECOMMENDED us to rewrite. With her negotiation skill, our offer was accepted in a few hours / even though seller has some offers coming in the next day.
