Kim helped us bought a house in Year 2019 when the market was not so hot. There were lots of people at the open house; therefore, we were prepared to make an offer more than the listing price. When we were at a restaurant for dinner, Kim texted & Strongly "Recommended" us again and again to rewrite the offer at the listing price because she talked with the seller's agent and knew he had not received any offer yet when the deadline was due in an hour. We got the good news in a couple hours at the same evening. Now, we are in search of a house again at this hot hot hot market. Kim shows us houses, always provides us comps and suggests a reasonable bid price. Kim is a good teammate. We definitely will ask Kim to help us on any sale or purchase of real estate.
