I have dealt with many realtors in the past. I consider my self a pro and I am not naive, many realtors were lined up to sell our house at a higher price, Kim showed up out of blue, the way she approached us, I immidiatly saw the difference. I mean super difference. Although she represented buyer however she went above and beyond to accommodate us in every step. There was no hassle, she communicated with us for every detail, full clarity on her part. As I said it was a service at totally different level due to her knowledge. For my next business, I will not open my realtors contact, I will call her first. She and Mr. Mark are genuinely nice and honest people and very knowledgeable. I wish I knew them couple of years ago. More power to them.

Kim is wonderful! She gave us many tips to prepare our long-owned family home to sell last spring. It was just a week away from being on the market when in flooded for the first time ever! I was devastated, but Kim was nothing but encouragement and helped us get through a long, arduous process. In the long run, we actually sold our house for much more that we were first asking! Kim is an outstanding realtor! As we were downsizing, she came to the house numerous times to give suggestions about things that needed improving. She offered valuable tips and suggestions that we might want to do, while also being cost efficient. We all worked hard getting the house ready for the market. We had moved out at the end of February, and then had many different tradespeople come in to make improvements. We were just a few days from having it listed, when our street flooded in May! It had never happened before! I’ll never forget Kim’s encouragement and optimism the day after the water came through. When I thought the situation was hopeless, she gave me hope!! It was a long process finding a contractor we liked, and even though we didn’t go with one of the two she lined up for us to meet and interview, we appreciated the time spent to offer us a plan.
