Kim is an outstanding realtor! As we were downsizing, she came to the house numerous times to give suggestions about things that needed improving. She offered valuable tips and suggestions that we might want to do, while also being cost efficient. We all worked hard getting the house ready for the market. We had moved out at the end of February, and then had many different tradespeople come in to make improvements. We were just a few days from having it listed, when our street flooded in May! It had never happened before! I’ll never forget Kim’s encouragement and optimism the day after the water came through. When I thought the situation was hopeless, she gave me hope!! It was a long process finding a contractor we liked, and even though we didn’t go with one of the two she lined up for us to meet and interview, we appreciated the time spent to offer us a plan. The house remodel seemed to drag on for months, but after many, many phone calls, texts, and things to buy online, Kim guided us through the process and helped us with our contractor as well. We were able to sell the house for much more than we would have before the flood! It became a beautiful, fresh, clean home, ready for a new family to make memories!
