Selling a home is generally never an easy experience, even under the best of circumstances. In our case, the home had been in our family for 51 years and held a lifetime of memories, family, and most everything I can remember from my childhood. Plus, we lived 3.5 hours away from the home. As soon as we began thinking of selling the home, the entire process had the possibility of being an overwhelmingly emotional and stressful ordeal. From the moment we met Kim and Rob, we knew immediately that we were placing our trust in the right hands. They worked tirelessly to facilitate the contractors, painters, and plumbers. They remained in constant communication with us, with regular calls, texts and emails. They counseled and guided us, and we always felt that they held our best interest at heart. At every turn, we were so thankful to have Kim and Rob working with us. Although the emotional aspect can never really be eliminated, Kim and Rob made selling our home as smooth of a process one could ever imagine. We, without a doubt, feel like we could not have got through this with any other realtor.
