I worked with Kim Taylor for selling of my house. The timing for selling the house was not appropriate as the market was declining constantly and time was tough but then Kim proved to be tougher then the tough time :). She helped us with the staging, expedited and expanded the media advertising, conducted more open houses and at the end sold our house. She is more like the next-door realtor who cares about you, listens to you and prays along with you. I loved her energy and never give-up attitude. I would recommend her.

In a nutshell, we unexpectedly found a house we loved, and then listed our house 4 days later. In the end, we bought and sold in 27 days. 😱 Overall, it was a pretty painless process, even though it was so fast! Kim was exactly who we needed and lead us well!
