I worked with Kim Taylor for selling of my house. The timing for selling the house was not appropriate as the market was declining constantly and time was tough but then Kim proved to be tougher then the tough time :). She helped us with the staging, expedited and expanded the media advertising, conducted more open houses and at the end sold our house. She is more like the next-door realtor who cares about you, listens to you and prays along with you. I loved her energy and never give-up attitude. I would recommend her.

Kim is passionate about real estate and is a great people person who is able to navigate the negotiation process well. If the contract hits a snag, Kim takes proactive action to communicate with confidence, on her client's behalf, to keep the contract moving forward if possible. Kim Taylor has stepped in to help me find a great real estate agent when I lived out of state. Kim's help was a wise recommendation that resulted in money in my pocket and a great out of state experience. In Texas, she provided excellent real estate services in the purchase and selling of our 12-acre property and will soon help me purchase my next home in town. Not on here much, but need to give a shout out to Kim at Kim Taylor Real Estate Group, Agent at JP & Associates Realtors! In a nutshell, we unexpectedly found a house we loved, and then listed our house 4 days later. In the end, we bought and sold in 27 days. 😱 Overall, it was a pretty painless process, even though it was so fast! Kim was exactly who we needed and lead us well! She was very efficient, organized, and she was an advocate for us many times and fought for us. We could not be more thankful! The boxes are gone, the dust has settled, and we love our new home.
