Kim was tasked with finding a home for me and my boys while I had not found what I was looking for in over a year. She was patient, very responsive to emails and personal text at all hours. We moved to the suburbs of Atlanta in the fall of 2016. We came to the area due to a job transfer from Minneapolis. My husband and I knew very little about the suburbs of Atlanta; only that he would be working in Norcross and that Atlanta traffic has a reputation. We had to rely heavily on Kim’s knowledge of the area for finding the best fit for raising our family. Kim and I began to comb through listings in the areas we narrowed down based on proximity to work, good schools, and preferences of home features. I flew into Atlanta for three days in August to look at the list of homes that we narrowed down. We looked at many homes with Kim taking me on a tour of the suburbs. We narrowed the list down to two contenders that I showed my husband on the last day. Kim then guided us through the offer and negotiating process. She was our eyes and ears throughout the due diligence period, as we were back home packing up in Minneapolis. A few complications arose prior to closing and Kim took control to get things corrected by the seller prior to close. She was in constant contact and helped explain everything so that we could close on time. We could not have made the cross country move without Kim’s help. She was wonderful to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.
