Kim was highly recommended by a fellow friend and they were right! she made selling our home very easy and assisted with locating handymen and inspectors and communicated very well and was always reachable. I would highly recommend working with her and if we were to sell again I would go through Kim 100%.
Kim had helped us for about a year in finding the perfect home. She was patient, friendly, understanding, and always ALWAYS got us into homes she and we found to be interesting right away. She knows a lot about the market as well as what types of homes fit for different lifestyles. Kim was kind and always was there for us for what we thought were random crazy questions- but she always delivered. She made us feel good about the home-buying process and as first time home buyers this is not an easy task. We are overly joyed with what Kim provided us through the process and our end result with a home we love and all the knowledge she has given us has been the best.
