My wife Evi and I were introduced to Kim through a neighbor in 2014. After meeting her, we knew she was the right agent match for us to list our home. At that time, houses were on the market for 90-100 days. She worked tirelessly to sell our property quickly and at a very fair price, given the RE market at that time. In 2015 Kim was our agent on the purchase of our new home. She engaged the builder all along the way to make sure that our issues and concerns with the new build were addressed and resolved. Fast forward to 2021, and the market for sellers is booming. Kim could have stuck a sign in the yard and gone away after we agreed on a listing price. But that is not her. We met and discussed the best course of action to take. She advised us of the right price to list our home based on competitive market analysis. She is masterful at staging a home, and we discussed what was needed to do to prepare our house's interior/exterior for staging. Again, Kim revealed her exceptional RE agent skills by bringing in her staging materials, preparing our home for photos, and listing our home with gorgeous pictures that captured the true beauty of our home. After ginning up interest with a "Coming Soon" sign, we had 12 visitors the first day and 3 or 4 the second day when the house did hit the market. On the 3rd day, we had four solid offers, all for many thousands of dollars over the listing price and thousands of dollars in Due Diligence and Earnest money. After discussing with her all the offers, we did settle on the one we all agreed was the best choice. Could we have gotten a little more? Possibly, but we were delighted with the sale price and were ready to move forward. Kim is one of the hardest working, warmest, and personable people you will ever meet.
