In all the years of owning and selling homes, from NYC , Pittsburgh and Northeast Ohio we have never had the competence, follow thru, communication and professionalism that we experienced with Val and Kim. They clearly were heads and shoulders above anyone else we have ever dealt with and that is quite a statement.
Selling a home can be very stressful and Kim and Val understand that. They walk you through every step of the process......they return your phone calls and answer any question you might have. They are always cheerfully professional. I have never known real estate agents that do their research like they do. My husband and I were very comfortable putting our condo into their hands and it paid off. We highly recommend them. The Kim and Val team are awesome!
