Kim worked with us through thick and thin, ups and down, and never let up. She was there, present, consistent and determined to help us through it all. We had a deal fall through due to issues out of either of our controls, but yet she still remained persistent and as it turns out, that first one was meant to fail, because it opened up the most amazing opportunity! We had some tense moments and even some scares of another fallen deal, but Kim knew how much this opportunity meant for us, so she did not falter or doubted and was there on every single meeting, inspection, survey, you name it! An we finally closed on our family dream home 8 months ago! Since then, Kim has remained in touch with us and even visited our house months later!
