We met Kim while walking on Cayucos pier watching the surfers about four years ago. Come to find out she was a realtor. We liked immediately and asked her to put us on her emailing list and to keep us posted if she spotted something decent in our price range. Kim stayed true to her word and found us a beautiful beach house that fit us perfectly. Kim was very professional and so easy to work with, she was never pushy at any point. It was her professional but low key no pressure approach that landed Kim the sale and our family our beautiful beach house 😁🙏🌴
