It comes as no surprise to me that through our time working together, I've watched other homeowners, who's listings we've visited, leave their agents to hire Kim as well as potential buyers who have visited our listings, subsequently hire Kim. And to be clear, through no solicitation of herself. Kim's authenticity, attention to detail and character are a breath of fresh air that speaks for itself. Candidly, I wouldn't take the time to write a review for most people I've worked with, but Kim is in a tragically small minority of true professionals who I look forward to working with again and again.

We met Kim while walking on Cayucos pier watching the surfers about four years ago. Come to find out she was a realtor. We liked immediately and asked her to put us on her emailing list and to keep us posted if she spotted something decent in our price range.
