I have purchased a condo home with the help of Kim Peterson. She showed her great professional expertise, took care of everything and always put my interest at first throughout the whole process. She always had quick responses to any questions I had and resolved the issues promptly. For example, she found an issue in the water heater during the final walk thru to the property. The issue was the water was not warn enough might feel cold in winter. Without her finding, I would not pay attention to this issue. She took an immediate action and had the repair done and the issue was corrected the next day. In summary, I had a smooth and worry-free transaction thanks to her great help.

To adequately assess Kim's value to the purchase of the home my wife and I just acquired, you would have to add at least one more star to the existing maximum of 5 shown on Zillow. I sent Kim an email 6 months ago asking about a property in Port Washington. We corresponded for 6 months until I visited Milwaukee for the past 2 weeks. We viewed properties in Port Washington and Kim pointed out so many things (positive and negatives alike) about the properties, most of which I would have missed. When we finally found exactly the home I wanted, the paperwork was handled extremely quickly and flawlessly. The closing is next week and everything has exceeded any expectations I had. I recommend Kim to everyone most highly. She is a true professional and really does go above and beyond what most realtors do.
