During the home buying process, Kim was on top of sending me new listings that fit the criteria I was searching for. She was incredibly responsive at setting up appointments and following through on providing additional information that was requested. I was looking for a home that required a little fixing up and Kim was very upfront about some of the conditions and cost of repair associated with some of the homes we looked at. She was also very knowledgeable about property values and trends in the market. She helped me find and purchase my first home in April of 2018. Being that the home I purchased was a foreclosure, there was a lot of extra negotiation involved. Kim handled all of it and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Since then she has continued to offer her expertise in helping me refinance. I recently received an unfair appraisal that stated my property value at 202 ($500 below the market value it had been listed at as a foreclosure). Kim was willing to look everything over and she found some substantial errors that significantly depreciated the value of my home. She even offered better comps to use for our appraisal. Keep in mind, I'm not even her client and she returned all of this information in less than a day! I sent an appeal to the bank, including all the errors and comps Kim that had provided. The bank returned with a revised fair appraisal of 220! Now a days, it's difficult to find truly conscientious people that maintain such high level of integrity. Kim is an incredible realtor and has continued to be a very valuable adviser when it comes to navigating real estate transactions. If you’re looking for a home, I highly recommend Kim Peterson!
