Josh was VERY helpful to my husband and I during our housing search. He was responsive to our needs and quickly responded to all of our questions. When we missed out on a couple properties because they already had contracts, he kept us going by immediately scheduling other viewings and encouraging us to keep looking. He was familiar with the area where we were looking and gave us directions when we needed them. He referred us to an excellent lender who also meet our needs with timeliness and expertise.
