I originally met Candice Novosel at an Open House I attended. I knew immediately she was the realtor I wanted to work with when I was ready to sell my home and purchase another. Together Kim Odegard and Candice walked me through the whole process. They came to my original home and helped me decide what improvements needed to be completed. They walked me through the listing of my home, obtaining a mortgage, and purchasing my new home. The communication with them was exceptional. All of my questions were answered the day I asked them. I was kept informed of all the viewings of my home and the viewer's response. My home sold in one week!!! I hadn't found a home to purchase, but Candice came to the rescue. The day after my home sold Candice found a home listed that day. We went to see it and I made an offer that day. The offer was accepted and the rest is history. I love, love, love my new home.
