She answered all of my questions and put me at ease during an admittedly stressful time. She is approachable yet professional. Her communication is top-notch. She always responded right away, and when she was indisposed she told me when exactly she would get back to me. From the first moment she picked up my call, to the handshakes and hugs at closing, I always felt like her #1 client. You can really tell she is fully devoted to her work.
