We are frugal and picky and Kim was excellent with us. This was our second homebuying experience, and I will apologetically admitt to being a bit of a nightmare client. She was patient with our long search, and very knowledgeable about the market and our different options. She was in regular communication during the whole process. She even managed to set up a simultaneous close on our sale and buy. Could not have done it without her. Will use her again.

Kim listed our home on November 17th, 2024 and it sold 17 days later in a down market in the winter. The listing was right on for price, she had good advice for us but was not demanding that we do anything we were not comfortable doing. After living in our home for 30 years, there were things that needed updating but not expensive. She kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and we had no worries. Her attention to contract detail is amazing and nothing slips by. We appreciate everything she did for us, how she kept us calm and understood our position of moving on and leaving our home. She was sensitive to our needs while protecting us from making decision mistakes, such as making changes that would have been a waste of money. She was always available, answered our questions quickly, yet gave us the space we needed. Kim McCartney is worth every penny of her commission. She has an excellent photographer, does drone video when needed, advertises all over in and out of state. Her behind the scenes activity is awesome and she reached so many people with the listing.

Kim did a fantastic job from first contact to seeing how the move went. And the whole time Kim was proactive with communication. She helped us connect with a lender and worked with us our time frame changed. When we were finally ready, she made a quick and easy tour schedule. She provided feedback on features of houses that may not be what we thought they were at first glance. She guided us through the offer stage. She knows her stuff and helped make sure our offer was accepted. And she had all the contacts for inspection, side sewer, and appraisers on hand. It is clear she has done this for a long while. 100% will recommend Kim to anyone asking for realtor help in the puget sound area.

She was easy to get along with right from the word go. I felt that she truly listened to me. She was able to guide us in how to do things that was going to be beneficial to us. She also helped us to see and address areas that would help our house to sell. My wife and I also enjoyed her company. She is a hard worker.

Kim not only found our dream home, she helped us with all the steps along the way! She has wonderful resources and was available whenever I had any questions before and after the sale! I don't think we'd be living in Paradise without her.
