Very easy to talk with, very accomodating, comprehends my needs and wants and has a good understanding of how to work with me. I feel comfortable saying that she is very trustworthy. She advised me on many aspects of my home as well as ideas of what would be in my best interest to purchase and was knowledgeable about how the transition would work. She seems to have an instinctive ability to understand what type of property I would be happy living in in the category of affordability. She was not pushy but made suggestions. She is always polite and respectful during the process. She has been in this area for a long time and seems to know her way around the communities and what each area has to offer, so she knows the pros and cons and is able to match them to your needs and wants. I found her to be encouraging although she knew the down side of the situation as well as the pluses I have already recommended her to others.
