Mrs. Clark was in Tampa and my house was in Oldsmar, but I lived in Homosassa, 60 miles north of Tampa, Mrs. Clark did not see that as a problem and was alwas proactive in taking care of signing documents, meeting with other staff members in Coldwell Banker in Homosass, Fl. As I am an exrealtor with 15 years experience, I know a good agent by the expediancy of answering my question, getting back with me the showing experience etc. We also had a tenant who did not want to move and had not been the Martha Stewart, we had wished for in a tenant and the home was not clean or staged like other townhouses of the Oldsmar area.
