Kim did a great job listing, selling and closing on our home in less than three weeks after public listing. That included having a contractor perform some work requested by the buyer before closing. The whole process was performed after we had moved out of town so everything was handled remotely. I would recommend her to anyone whether they are selling or purchasing.
