With Kim's extensive background and focus on negotiating a fair contract for all involved, which was my desire and personal prayer, the sellers themselves were delighted and very cooperative in readying the house for my purchase and move-in -- even educating me on the care of the luscious garden they developed over years and generously leaving for me beautiful garden decore.
