I went to see Kim when my brother, me, and my husband were in desperate need to move. I told her about our situation and I stressed to her that I was hoping to find a house at a certain price and in a particular area. Right away, that next same day in fact, she was ready to show me five houses. I made an appointment with her to meet at the first house, then the second and so on. This all took place on the day that we went in to meet her. I couldn't believe that she found these houses within an hour of our meeting and she made time to take us to see them all. The third house she showed us was absolutely perfect. She then led me through all the neccessary steps to purchase the house. I honestly was lost without her since we had never purchased a house. We didn't have enough money to cover the closing costs, so she worked with the sellar and arranged it so that we did. The house needed a few minor repairs and she also got the owner to fix them before we moved in. The best part was that she got all the negotiations and paperwork done in three weeks. Three weeks! She made us feel like we were the only ones buying and made time whenever we needed to ask questions. The house in beautiful and we owe it all to Kim. She's a wonderful agent and I would highly reccommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house. On top of all her professionalism, she is also a very kind and joyful. She always made us smile and feel very comfortable. She found the house at that certain price and in that particular area that I requested!
She was a great realtor, listened to what I needed and didn’t try to push what she thought I would need on to me. Very smart and reliable and was always reachable if I had any questions.
We first worked with Kim 15 years ago and she has helped us with several properties since then. This was a whirlwind buy and she got it done for us in record time! We called her in the afternoon on Friday, we looked at several properties that evening and some Saturday, and we had a signed contract by 5pm Saturday. Our home buying experience was anything but smooth, many bumps were experienced along the way. But Kim honestly was a massive blessing through the entire journey. She was attentive to our wants, kind, knowledgeable and connected in the real estate community, and unfailingly advocating for our interests. Not once did she make us feel like we were an imposition on her, she was always ready and willing to problem solve and power through the obstacles that we encountered. She seemed to always be working in the background to anticipate potential upcoming pitfalls and having solutions already in place. We had some massive timeline delays that were complete out of our control and Kim helped us navigate the “collateral damage” that resulted from those. And she was always on the ball in the communication department. Rarely did I have to reach out to her for updates and she was always responsive. We sincerely appreciated having her be on our team of professionals during this entire homebuying process. She was an absolute joy to work with!
