This was my first time buying a home, and just my luck I started my search in December 2020, just as the market started to explode. I was not in the position to make a cash offer, so the house hunt was difficult to say the least. But Kim kept working with me the entire way. There were some bumps along the way with the market being the way that it was during this time, but we stuck with it and were able to close on a property.
