This was our first time buying a house and it was a new build. There were lot of nitty gritty stuff we were not aware of . Kim was able to communicate everything to us effectively via email and phone. She was always approachable any time during the day/weekends. The process took about 6-7 months at it was a new build. Kim always answered questions we had over the span of the timeline. If she didnt know answers, she made sure to contact the builders and got the answer for us. In our case builders agent was not approachable but Kim very patiently handle the situation. Overall i would recommend Kim to anyone as a very friendly caring agent who will work hard to get what you want!
