Great work by a great team

Kim and Rusty went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly. Kim had difficulties to overcome in that the out of state seller, who also happened to be the broker/agent for the transaction, created some last minute drama which could have been avoided. Kim persevered, though, and with some great last minute help from Rusty, got the closing accomplished and possession transferred. We are very grateful to both of them for their calm professionalism and perseverence during the entire transaction. I used to handle real estate closings when I practiced law and I know competent professionals when I deal with them. Kim and Rusty are competent professionals to be sure. On top of that, they are great people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
