Kim Kronenberger is an amazing agent!!! She is easily five steps ahead of everyone else! She is the most organized, communicative and proactive realtor that we have ever worked with!!! She walked into our house and noted both the strengths and the flaws and had a plan for both. No other agent we interviewed had her attention for detail or her ability to think ahead. In addition to frequent, regular, and clear communications and updates, Kim immediately contacted us when there was an issue— with a solution already in mind!!! We were selling our home from out of state and she not only expertly handled that difficult dynamic, she went out of her way to make the process smooth!
