She accommodated all of our time constraints and spent several late evenings on the phone with us working through negotiations. You are really doing yourself a disservice if you do not use an agent like Kim, especially in a market like this. She got our home sold for considerably more than we expected, and got us in a great neighborhood within our budget. She even facilitated the sale of our home prior to our purchase, which was very advantageous for us financially. Would give more stars if we could!

Kim helped us buy our first home (townhouse) in North Fork which we absolutely love! It was a new build and she helped us through every step of the process including the initial contract with the builder, picking out upgrades and designs, meeting us for walkthroughs as the home was constructed, finalizing the loan with the lender, double checking the final product and asking for small fixes, everything! She was so knowledgable about the entirity of the process and made buying our first home much less stressful than I ever could have imagined. She always knew what questions to ask during various steps in the process, and was able to translate any confusion we had with third parties flawlessly!
