We have worked with various real estate agents in the past and working with Kim was so far above any previous experience that we had, it was nothing short of mind blowing. From the first meeting that we had with her, she was on point, knew exactly what to do, and took on the sale of our home with a ferocity that is simply unparalleled. Other then the normal home sale preparations, we didn't have to do anything, she was on top of every aspect of our home sale, from staging, to listing, to sending daily market reports and follow up phone calls regarding each viewing, etc. The level of communication and insight that we had throughout this process was seriously unbelievable as compared to every previous experience we have had where agents had listed the property and then rarely communicated until it was time to sign closing paperwork. Her time, effort and motivation was a god send, and we simply cannot recommend her services enough. If we ever find ourselves back in the market in Colorado, we wouldn't even consider using another agent!!

Kim helped us buy our first home (townhouse) in North Fork which we absolutely love!
