Kim did an excellent job helping us sell our home. She is very knowledgeable with the Fairfield County market and used her expertise to value and price our home to sell in a short period of time while still getting top dollar. Kim also gave great advice with fixing up and staging our home prior to going on the market. After receiving an offer Kim provided sound guidance navigating through the negotiations and due diligence/ home inspection process. Kim is a very strong communicator and always responded quickly to our calls or questions and “checked in” every few days to make sure things were moving along. Overall Kim was personable and pleasant to work with and we rate her 5 stars and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thanks Kim!
