Kim was fantastic to work with! She goes above and beyond for her clients. We worked with Kim as both a buyer and a seller simultaneously and had an amazing experience with both. She gave great advice on prepping our home to sell and guided us through every step of the listing process with ease. We listed our home on a Thursday and had an offer on Saturday.
