Kim Kendall is a phenomenal realtor. She went above and beyond to help us see properties, negotiate, and ultimately get to the closing table for our dream home! We met Kim at an open house, and we were excited to explore properties in NY and CT as she is licensed in both states. Once we started looking, we knew we could count on Kim to help us see newly listed properties as soon as possible. She is also a wealth of knowledge, which helped in making offers, going through the inspection process, and even choosing paint colors.
